1) Theres no specular lighting anywhere in the piece except on the raytrace.
2) The picture (photograph) looks stretched horizontally AND no glass reflections over the top of it.
3) Flowers look like paper without any specular lighting.
4) Caustics could just add some pizazz if you want to add some more cool rendering features and time.
